  • Reads incoming purchase order emails and extracts order data automatically using AI-powered document processing.
  • Validates the order against inventory and pricing rules flagging exceptions for human review only when needed.
  • Routes approved orders directly into the ERP without manual entry.
  • Triggers warehouse notifications and customer confirmations automatically upon approval.
  • Sends a daily exception summary to the ops manager a single email instead of twenty.

The Outcome

Within the first month of deployment, the results were clear:

  • Order processing time dropped by over 60%.
  • The sales team reclaimed an average of 2 hours per day previously spent on data entry and follow-up emails.
  • Error rates in order entry fell to near zero.
  • Customer confirmation times went from same-day to within the hour.
